I. This series of motor stator core crimping machines has a four-column structure.

It is mainly suitable for automatic tensioning, stacking, crimping, and edge folding of stators of Y-series 200-400 series motors. PLC controlled.

II. Main Components of the Machine

This series of crimping machines mainly consists of a pressing cylinder, a crimping cylinder, a tensioning cylinder, a feeding cylinder, a stator clamping oil cylinder, an upper crossbeam, a moving beam, a worktable base, a worktable, a crimping disc, an upper pressure head, a mold (one set of random molds), etc., equipped with a hydraulic station, an electrical cabinet, a rotary worktable, and a roller line.
