I. This series of stator core laminating machines has a four-column structure.

Mainly applicable to the automatic tensioning, stacking, laminating and edge folding of stators of Y series 80-200 series motors. PLC controlled.

II. Main components of the machine

This series of laminating machines mainly consists of a clamping cylinder, a laminating cylinder, a tensioning cylinder, a feeding cylinder, a stator clamping oil cylinder, an upper crossbeam, a moving beam, a workbench base, a workbench, a laminating disc, an upper pressure head, a mold (a set of random molds), etc., equipped with a hydraulic station, an electrical cabinet, a rotating workbench and a roller line.

The above is a laminating machine with a four-column structure with a rotating workbench.
