1. This product features simple operation and high intelligence, and is equipped with a conveyor belt to realize the automatic loading and unloading of the rotor as one.
2. All action pressures, speeds, required functions and parameters can be set and displayed on the touch screen, and executed with the assistance of servo motors, pressure sensors and PLC.
3. The equipment adopts a multi-station rotary table and is controlled by a numerical control system. It has high control accuracy and is easy to operate. The rotating tooling is driven by a high-energy, low-consumption servo motor.
4. An automatic false shaft exit mechanism is added to realize the integrated process of rotor aluminum casting molding. The main technical parameters are automatically generated, and 20 preset process parameters can be saved.
5. The left and right sides of the machine's protective doors are fixed, while the front and rear are pneumatic up-and-down movable. A closed space is formed by the outer sheet metal shell, and a smoke collection device is equipped.
6. The components used in this machine all meet national standards and have the advantages of high performance, easy maintenance, and easy procurement.
