This machine is a dedicated device for clamping stator laminations of 160T motors, suitable for stator models Y200-Y355.
I. This series of stator core clamping machines features a four-column structure.
Mainly applicable to automatic tensioning, stacking, clamping, and edge folding of stators for Y-series 80-315 motors. PLC controlled.
II. Main Components of the Machine
This series of clamping machines mainly consists of a clamping cylinder, a clamping cylinder, a tensioning cylinder, a feeding cylinder, an upper crossbeam, a moving beam, a workbench base, a workbench, a clamping disc, an upper pressure head, a mold (one set of random molds), etc., equipped with a hydraulic station and an electrical cabinet.
1. Y32-40T motor stator core semi-automatic stacking machine, without a movable workbench, suitable for Y-series 80-112 (4 slots) motor stator core stacking, stacking height 40-200, the number of clamping pieces is usually 4 slots.
2. Y32-63T motor stator core semi-automatic stacking machine, with a movable workbench, suitable for Y-series 132-180 (6 slots) motor stator core stacking, stacking height 60-300, the number of clamping pieces is usually 6 slots.
3. Y32-100T motor stator core semi-automatic stacking machine, with a movable workbench, suitable for Y-series 200-315 (equipped with 8-slot, 9-slot, 12-slot clamping discs) motor stator core stacking, stacking height 100-500mm.
The above are four-column clamping machines with a movable workbench structure.
