This machine is a dedicated device for inserting stators into housings for 315T motors, suitable for stator models Y315-Y450.
I. This equipment is a three-beam four-column press.
II. This equipment is equipped with a movable platform, a servo hydraulic pump station, and a PLC control cabinet.
1. Required functions and parameter settings are controlled by the touch screen and executed by the PLC.
2. All action pressures and speeds are set and displayed on the touch screen, and are executed with the assistance of a servo motor and pressure sensor.
3. Main technical parameters are automatically generated and can save 20 preset process parameters.
4. The hydraulic oil pump is driven by a servo motor.
5. The oil cylinder seals use Taiwanese materials.
6. After rough machining, the surface hardness of the columns reaches HRC35 or more after medium-frequency heat treatment, and after grinding, the surface is hard chrome-plated.
Various types of rotor and stator presses can also be customized according to customer needs.
