This machine is a dedicated hydraulic press for casting 630T motor rotors, suitable for motor Y280-Y450 rotors.
1. This machine features high automation, easy operation, and one-button completion (it only requires manual iron chip insertion and pressing the start button; the machine will automatically complete all actions).
2. Required functions and parameter settings are controlled by the touch screen and executed by the PLC.
3. All action pressures and speeds are set and displayed on the touch screen and executed with the assistance of a servo motor and pressure sensor.
4. Main technical parameters are automatically generated and can save 20 preset process parameters.
5. The hydraulic oil pump is driven by a servo motor.
6. The oil cylinder seals are made of Taiwanese materials.
7. After rough machining, the surface hardness of the columns reaches HRC35 or more after medium-frequency heat treatment, and after grinding, the surface is hard chrome-plated.
8. Automatic mold feeding, automatic material cutting and mold stripping.
9. The protective doors on the left and right sides of this machine are fixed, while the front and rear doors are pneumatically operated up and down.
10. Fully enclosed protection, equipped with a smoke extraction device, can independently handle oil smoke.
11. This machine uses a piston-type accumulator, which has the advantages of good stability, long service life, easy maintenance, low maintenance cost, and easy procurement of sealing materials.
Based on the functional characteristics of the vertical pressure casting machine, our company has specially designed a hydraulic system that can effectively reduce motor power, saving 50-80% energy compared to conventional aluminum casting machines, and the sealing materials are easy to procure.
