Inspection of Hydraulic Press Daily Maintenance and Maintenance

Proper maintenance of a hydraulic press is very beneficial for extending its service life.

I. Pre-shift inspection of the hydraulic press.
1. Check if the oil level, oil pool, and oil level indicator meet the specified requirements. If not, add oil as soon as possible.
2. Check if the buttons are sensitive and whether there is any jamming.
3. Check if the grounding wire of the motor is loose, fallen off, or damaged. If loose, tighten it; if fallen off or damaged, inform the maintenance personnel.
4. Check if the protective parts are complete and in good condition.
5. Check if each handle is sensitive.
6. Tighten any loose nuts.

II. During-shift inspection of the hydraulic press.
1. Run the hydraulic pump and check if the hydraulic pump is functioning properly, and if there are any blockages or leaks in the various sealing components and pipelines.
2. Check if the limit button is functioning properly and if the stop block positioning is normal.
3. Constantly observe whether the temperature and sound of each running component are normal.

III. Post-shift inspection of the hydraulic press.
1. Inspect and clean all moving parts.
2. Place all control handles and buttons in the neutral position.
3. Inspect, clean, and tidy the workbench and work area.

IV. Lubrication system.
1. Clean the oil pump and filter screen.
2. Clean, inspect, and flush the oil circuit to ensure good lubrication and eliminate leaks.

V. Control system.
1. Clean all connecting parts and add lubricating oil regularly to ensure smooth operation.
2. Check and tighten the upper and lower cylinder head bolts, motor base, and hammer body foundation bolts to ensure they are securely fastened.
3. Occasional shutdowns are very beneficial for hydraulic press maintenance.
